ABSTRACT
The covid-19 pandemic causes a lot of changes in our lifestyles. Usage of information technology (IT) increased in all fields (government, business, industry, and academia). Despite its virtues, information technology has contributed to the repercussions. With advancements in the fields of information, communications, and technology, new types of IT risk have emerged. Because of the benefits of working remotely, cost minimization, and service availability, the usage of cloud computing services has expanded in all disciplines, particularly e-learning. There are big challenges facing cloud computing services like security and awareness of how to use these cloud services. Governance assesses performance and analyses adherence to agreed-upon goals and objectives.
